WEDDING PARTY ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS
On request, we are prepared to ‘pencil-book’ 16 units for your wedding party. The Bride and Groom must ensure that all required rooms are set-aside at time of confirmation of wedding date. Please also advise if rooms are to be allocated by Bride and Groom, or whether guests will book directly with us themselves.
TO AVOID ANY LOSS OF YOUR ‘PENCILLED IN’ ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS
Any motel rooms you have set aside must be confirmed with a deposit of $50, your credit card details, or a guarantee by the Bride and Groom. This is essential to avoid losing your ‘pencil booking’ to other guests wanting to pay for their accommodation immediately.
